I am a one woman design, production, and administrative team and work hard to ensure you have a great experience and a well crafted and original piece of jewelry.

Payment
I use a PayPal shopping cart. You may pay with a Paypal account, or any major credit card.
Your payment is due at the time you place your order.

Items will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
Any work on custom items will not begin until payment has been received and cleared.

Please note if you are paying via eCheck, this method usually takes a week to clear, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Customers in Ohio will be charged a 6.75% sales tax.

Shipping
PLEASE double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct in PayPal!
ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE.

I am not responsible for any packages not delivered due to incorrect addresses in Paypal.

Most in stock items will ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment.

For custom orders, please allow 1-2 weeks prior to shipping (unless otherwise indicated).

If your order is needed sooner, please understand that rush fees may apply to expedite and prioritize your order depending on my current order volume. Please notify me on your order if you have a particular date when you need to have your jewelry in your hands. I will do everything I can to get it to you on time given enough notice.

DOMESTIC orders (within the US) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, which usually takes 2-3 days. The shipping rates, delivery confirmation and packaging are included with your shipping costs. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Insurance, Overnight or express shipping service (if available in your area) will require additional shipping fees. Please notify me prior to payment if you desire any additional services so that I can provide a revised invoice reflecting the correct shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped Registered International First Class (or the most secure and affordable service, depending on the destination country) and includes packaging costs.
This is approximately 7-14 days of in transit time.

You will be provided with a tracking number. I will email this to you upon your order shipping.

I am not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred in your respective countries. I will not ship orders marked as a 'gift' on customs paperwork, the value of the item must be listed.

I cannot be responsible for any lost packages.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and I guarantee quality craftsmanship.
However, for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving your item. Item must be returned in it's original unworn condition, and packaged carefully. You must notify me by email prior to any returns being made.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

I CANNOT accept returns for earrings, or custom orders. These sales are final.

If you have purchased a ring, and you find you have ordered the incorrect size, I will be happy to resize the ring, for a fee. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a resizing fee.

I do my best to be attentive to the details, but if for some reason, there is an error in your order please notify my right away and I will remedy the situation.

Wholesale Info
Wholesale inquiries are welcome with a valid tax ID number, and information about your shop. Websites and store photos to refer to are always beneficial to get an idea if my work is a good fit with your store.
